I have also been getting my big horse ready for his first show in 4 months, he had lymphinjitis and was a very sore big guy, hopefully he is all better now........my butt hurts like mad though, maybe something to do with all the excess brought back in my trunk from holiday!!!!! I will let you know how he goes on Saturday and maybe have a picture or two.
Sadness fell upon our lovely farm today, our beautiful lamb, Beyonce, passed away, she has had joint ill since she was born, this is a disease which affects there joints, although, she has been doing extremely well, I think it has all been a bit much for her. I am sure she enjoyed her short time with us. Billy, our handsome boy will miss her terribly, he is looking all over for her and bleating constantly, poor thing, and little Bonny, who we rescued at the same time and who also has joint ill is wondering around there little bed looking very sad, she is blind in one eye and is quite a little caracter, she turns her head around to her good side when she hears her name being called so that she can see you. It's always difficult when you loose a pet, Eilidh is heartbroken as we lost another lamb only a couple of months ago.
Anyway I have tried all week to make ONE card and can't seem to get my MO JO going. I picked this stamp up in New York and desperately wanted to do something with it, I will just have to try again next week when things have settled down.
I love this little cutey!!!
I took this picture of "B" on Monday enjoying a snooze in the sunshine,

Oh Annette!!! It doesn't get any easier when you lose a pet does it? Poor little Beyonce...but at least she'll be looking down on all of you pleased as punch she had a great albeit short life with you
:-D Lots of love and {{{hugs}} xx
So sorry to hear about B. It's so so hard losing any animal you love. It's almost a year since I lost my beautiful pet cow Meg, she was only 4 and left behind her first calf Meglet who was just 2 months old when she passed away. I was heartborken and still can't believe she's gone sometimes. I raised her from a calf and could take her for "walks" around the farm and play chase around the trees, feed her milk from a bucket etc she was amazing! Sedning you a big hug and I hope you do well in your show xxx
