Well I arrived back from Turkey yesterday and I feel GREAT!! relaxed slightly tanned, as we had 2 days rain, that did not matter one bit as the complex we were in "Gloria Serenity" was absolutely tremendous......... David and Graham enjoyed 3 days Golf and Susan and I enjoyed 5 days of pampering, Turkish baths, Saunas, Aromatherapy massage and anything else that was on offer LOL! the food was extraordinary and the service was phenominal, suffice to say we all had a really fantastic time and feel ready to take on the winter. I hear it was awful here and it certainly didn't do my fields the world of good and the poor horses were washed out!!!!!!!
This is the spa area, it was so beautiful and tranquil, the treatment rooms led off from the walkway, oooooooh!
Sunset on first night
So back and rareing to go, I hope to go to the SECC tomorrow to the Christmas Craft Fare and hopefully pick up some goodies, last year I popped in on the Sunday to pick up a FEW things and ended up spending a fortune!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have managed to make a card today using a Cupcake Cutey from Kerry, colored with prisma pencils, My Minds Eye pink spots ps and co-ordinations cs, nesties Beaded Circle Die, fluffy stuff and glitter, I decoupaged the cherry and "HEY PRESTO!"

This is for a friends little girl who just loves cupcakes, I hope she likes it, anyway I am off to watch Strictly and the X Factor so have a great weekend

Great card Annette! The spa looks amazing too - pure bliss. So did you make it to the SECC today? What did you buy?
I loved Turkey too Annette, Simon and I went in the April before I had Grace and we had a very relaxing time! (Although we did a lot of air rifle, archery, swimming and tennis (plus the odd game of crazy golf!))
I thought you didn't do cupckaes?!?!! Lol!
Great card

Glad you had a great time Annette...you certainly deserved it after your recent mishap! For someone who doesn't 'do' cupcakes you did a flabby job with this card. I love how you decoupaged Cherry on Top's cherry and the Nestie you've used looks great. Is that a crochet flower (or two) I see? When are we going to have our lesson...I haven't picked up my hook since D'Lish! xx
